what is a "hybrid shopping experience"?

It's not your normal brick-and-mortar shopping experience, and while it uses technology and the internet, it's not really an online shopping experience, either. This blend is truly the best of both worlds combined in one convenient, fun, and easy shopping process.

what do you mean you “project” rugs?

Normally when shopping for area rugs, you are forced to view a small section of a rolled rug and make a decision, or you have to dig and sort through enormous stacks of dusty rugs. It's a laborious process. at BEACON KC, we use high-powered, efficient projectors to display an image on a special floor mat in order to replicate a precise image of the rug you will receive. After you make your final selection, we ship it right to your door.

do I have to bring my own device?

clearview can be accessed on your own smartphone or tablet, however we provide tablets in-store for you to use while browsing our digital inventory. If you want to view our inventory before your visit, feel free to create a profile and save your favorite rugs, which you can do from any device. We will access your profile when you get to BEACON KC.

what if I don't want to wait for my rug to be shipped?

We have a specially selected collection of rugs available for immediate purchase at BEACON KC for you to choose from. We are always changing things out and bringing new things in, so you are sure to find something you love every time.

I have a busy schedule and can’t visit during your store hours. can I make an appointment for after-hours?

Call BEACON KC to speak with a staff member about an after-hours appointment. We are happy to accommodate your needs however possible. To streamline your after-hours visit, we recommend pre-selecting the items you wish to view before your visit. Speak to a consultant to help personalize your appointment even further.

I don't know what I want. can you help me?

Absolutely! We can start your appointment with a brief visit to assess your interests, style, and the spaces you need to cover. We can select options that narrow down your vision, and then you can explore and shop from there.

this sounds expensive. do you have any rugs for people on a budget?

Absolutely! BEACON KC is a store for every customer in any stage of life. Not ready to spend on a high-quality rug but still want some style in your home? We’ve got you covered! Our search tools make it easy to shop within the budget that is right for you.

I keep searching for what I want, but clearview isn’t giving me results I like. what do I do?

Try expanding the range of your search. Play around with other colors or styles. If you have an idea of what you want in mind, share it with your consultant so we can track it down for you.
